Basically a thread where you think you might name your child

Vega for my son
Idonthaveavagina for my daughter

Boy: John, Colin or Alan
Girl: Debra, Jane or Hanna

For some reason I like the name Amber. It would be hard to name my kid anything I have heard before, because I would think of that person when I see them.

Naming my kid after an ex-girlfriend would just be downright awkward.

Son: dunno
Daughter: dunno, as long as it doesn't have an "ee" sound at the end of it (brittany, tiffany, etc)

I don't even know if I want children in the future though. Right now I despise children.

Girl: Liselsia (Lise for short). This one is definite. Other names I like are Elsea and Beatrice.

Boy: Ken, Daniel, Roark

Unlike Kojo, the one name I've always liked for a girl is Emily. As for a boy... dunno. Definitely not Keith or Josh. Terrible names. Might do it like like parents did with me and a pick a name with the same first letter as one of my grandfathers.

otherwise i refuse to have children of my own, so this is a moot point. i'd rather adopt.

No kidding. I think it's bad enough I want a Corgi named Ein, but my kids? No. Firefly on the other hand... A daughter would never figure out Zoey. But a son might get suspicious about Wash or Jayne. Maybe I'll just go with Jane for a girl. Good British name.
