Though that takes no patch. They will most likely launch it with a server check, and while the game is down they will post the normal "look at this shiny pomegranate" post and add some more CS items. If they patch it will be so minor that it will not add more than the one yesterday did. At any rate, no normal big content patch will take place before Big Bang.
