Finding an MMO for two

So , I'm in a long distance relationship and me and her are looking for an MMO we can play together
we both are looking for the same things in a MMO aswell. they are
( most important ) good character customization.
decent gameplay ( Aion/Cabal is as much point and click as we're willing to go )
the main reason we're lookin for a game thats not maple is because we HATE grindin and are epic at procrastinating
also a couple/wedding system would be nice.

we're considering Aion ( but again lotsa grinding/ limited features asides from grinding/pvp)
Phantasy Star Universe : AOTI (customization is decent , gameplay gets repetative pretty fast )
Cabal Online (Very limited customization , graphics are dull )

we can't play the following due to distance restrictions : DFO , Vindictus and any game that requires a proxy to play.

we would play APB but its gone

WoW is out of the question.

so yeah, its pretty frustrating , are there any MMOs you guys can recommend ( pay to play is fine )

p.s I'm in the middle east and she's in South America .

Give Dragonica a try, A semi 3D version of MS with some unique stuff . Character customisation is pretty close to MS, although not as expanded. No point and click what so ever. Barunson, the maker of the game, is even worse than Nexon when it comes to money making schemes though. I played the EU version and came pretty close to the current level cap, but some how got bored and returned to MS. The EU version let some US pals register without any proxies and crap, and that sounds like I a plus for you guys.

Bother, forgot they're even more anal about that than maple.

I'm going to say dragonica dragon saga, but the customization is kind of ehh for non-cash, especially in the state the game is now, with it being thrown from provider to provider.

But I have to say, you will not find a game that fills all the quotas in that you want. There's no perfect MMO.

I don't know if LaTale is out of your zone, but if not I'd recommend that.

First of all I would like to say that I am actually very impressed that you figured something out like using a game to help enhancing relationships even you guys are distances apart from each other. I am not sure whether this is up to your liking or it would meet any of your needs. I would suggest you playing Flyff as I have been playing it for quite some time. Cute graphics and enjoyable game play, but if you want a wedding system, I only can think of Ragnarok online.

Ah DoMO. Pretty much unlimited skill customisation...not too sure about customisation in terms of aesthetics though.

I found it pretty grindy actually. Nowhere near as extreme as maple, but still grindy for me.

Btw, if you like to customize, and do nothing but hang around and crap. Try Furcadia if it's still alive.

Although it's a bit retarded from a first glance, you can do all sorts of things with it.

Code your own servers
Edit the sprites in the servers
And most of all, you can do anything really.
