If me (Dusk), MasPan, Mute, CJ, and Jon are all townies, then at least 3 out of 4 of the remaining must be mafia, and the score is either 5:3:1 or 6:3. BTA, Mira, and Mephisto cannot all be telling the truth. Our odds of picking one of them and getting a mafia member are pretty good. If we do pick incorrectly and get a townie, and the mafia gets a successful night kill, we'll be at 3:3:1, a mafia win, or a 4:3 where we almost certainly know the identity of every mafia member.
e.g. We lynch Mira today and she turns out to be a townie. One of us dies at night. In that case, Kurtle, BTA, and Mephisto are pretty much confirmed mafia. As long as the town members actually participate, night actions don't pineapple things up, and there's no neutral, it's a town win. That's a lot of assumptions, though, so we need a succesful lynch.
I'm not advocating any decision here, just laying out my thinking.

If Mephisto is a neutral, he's got just as much interest in killing mafia as he does townie. He promised us a mafia kill tonight - if he does not deliver, he is the obvious lynch tomorrow.[/COLOR].
We need a lynch to win this game, and another townie dying isn't going to help. I'll join the bandwagon and hope for the best. Dusk, I ask that you investigate me tonight to prove my innocence. Please, I beg of you to do so.

I checked IRC for you guys- Kurtle's not there, but he was a little while ago. He dc'd while afk, so I'm guessing the fact that he's not voting isn't on purpose.
I want to see what he has to say. After he posts, I'll decide whether I change my vote or not.
[COLOR="green"]Accusations and claims fly all around the room today. It appears that, despite the fact that he was mafia, the mayor was the one who kept things under control here. One man among you does not speak, and naturally, you all decide to target him. You all head towards him, his hat hanging over his face, and he gets up and moves towards the back of the room. From behind him, he pulls out a gun, and points it towards you guys. "Come closer and I'll shoot," he says with a hard voice.
One of you rushes forward and grabs the gun, wrestling him for it. The rest of you begin to move closer when you hear the gun go off. Kurtle quickly turns around and runs towards the door. Someone among you pulls out a gun of their own, and shoots him from behind. He falls flat out on his face.
You all rush to the person who was shot by Kurtle, and check his vitals. He appears to be fine, but looks a little woozy. You pick him up and carry him to his home to recover. The whole group is traveling together, but everyone among you is having different thoughts about those around them, and for a select few, who to kill.

If you find her, you will take her back under your wing, and she will be stripped of her night ability and will be given a post restriction of 0 posts per day. However, if you slap the wrong person, they will remember your purple suit, which could give you away. You win if the mafia is the last faction standing.
Mira: You are Gavin Bird, the town firefighter. You have a big truck with a hose, which is perfect because there is an arsonist on the loose in town. At night, PM me with "Night X - spray USER's house." This will cover their house in water, which will clean it and stop any fire in it. You win if the town has eliminated all threats.
It is now Day 7. The day will end at majority, since I don't think it will last too much longer.[/COLOR]

I don't know what to think right now. I wasn't expecting Mira to die, though I guess it was the smart move by the arsonist as it's harder to narrow down who it is now.
Edit: By the way, since I doubt my kill had priority, something happened to block the mafia's kill last night. CJ, you apparently claimed to be hooker, did you have something to do with that?
