Do you guys play on the west server or east server? Does that even make a difference?

It makes a difference because of the different servers have different databases.

I play on East, as well as (I THINK) almost everyone else.

Not only are they seperate, but the game is made to be regional. When you enter a dungeon it's hosted via your party host's computer. You'd lag like hell if you lived in one and played in the other.

not true. 2 of my friends that play on east server with me both live on the west coast, and they don't lag at all. if you have poor internet quality/pc specs though, this is probably not the game for you anyway.

Can also verify on that. I live on the west coast but I have all 5 bars when playing. Lowest I've seen was 3 when I was in a battle with others. I had 1 when the host lagged like hell.

Yeah, how much you lag is dependent more on how good your internet and the host's internet connections are. I've played on both east and west and did just fine.

I can't get the "Industrial Spy" title anymore because...

Although, this game just went up in badassery when I first saw this. I couldn't believe it and thought it was just temporary. Seems like it's not. o_o

Yeah. How it happened really fits into the "mature theme" that Vindictus is promoting here, no?

I wish there was a "Skip Cutscene" button though. It's getting tiresome to see some cutscenes over and over lol.

I am rather dissapointed that they haven't added a second town to go into. I had previously thought that
was what their new place was, but it's just another dock.

Also dissapointed that I couldn't try the fishing because it listed as needed 10 people to go.. all the boats were like at 3-4 passengers only.

Uh... there is no requirement really to join/launch a fishing boat. o.o As long as you have a Fishing Ticket, you can launch a boat by yourself / join another boat (as long as it's not full). In addition, once you enter in any boat, you can start fishing with harpoons you can buy on the boat.

Also, yaaaay I can change around the Vindictus music! All that needs to be done is replace the mp3 and wav files in there, ensuring the replace music has the same filename as the original.

Yeah I figured that out today when I logged in again to check it over one more time.

Bleh... I seem to be having trouble with getting that Twin Spear Wielder title. I'm spear killing Wisps, but the game doesn't register the kills. Am I doing something wrong here? xd

That's been happening for most titles, from my experiences; I think it's a type of delay for the title to update your number of kills.

Yeah, my kills on gnolls with objects randomly jumped from 10 to like... 120 yesterday. Must be something going on.

For some reason, the kills don't register as you play. However, if you relog, the kill count will have gone up. Bad coding. :X

BUG REPORT!

On topic: So I've been messing around with the sounds files to a degree of success. The replaced files will play, but they can't repeat for some reason. xd Probably troubling if a boss fight takes longer than the song, but otherwise it's all good. Try grabbing Ferghus's theme from Mabi and replace the ambient blacksmith wav file, and bingo.

And lolol I can still get the Industrial Spy title. Since he's no longer around, Ceara takes his place for the quest.

Patch tonight! There's a roughly 60% chance of Evie coming out!
