All "culture" sections on every forum I visit is being plagued with bad threads, it isn't entirely avoidable. One of those sites even has a set of mods specifically for that forum.

This thread and all threads like it are more than just "bad", or even obnoxious. It's creepy and every time I see it I get the feeling that Dennis is leading her on which is beyond gross. But if he wants to e-diddle children on another continent that's his deal, it should be kept off SP.

Funny how if she were lusting after Erich the way he's lusting after her this would be somewhat endearing and maybe even fun (to tease them). But it's she's not so it's not. This is gross.

Anyway, point of quoting you is that Kev's thread about power stances was bad. This is something else entirely.

I can't relate because I was more mature than this at 14 but when I was like 4 I had a crush on Jonathan Taylor Thomas and even then I didn't go paint his name on all of the walls in my house (I think that's the equivalent to acting like this in 1992.)

I had a binder filled with pictures my sisters cut out of magazines for me (I wasn't allowed to use scissors) and that was something I kept to and for myself in regards to my obsession. Ayako should think about doing something similar. Without scissors, of course. Don't want her hurting herself.

HOWEVER, I DO AGREE THAT ALL OF THESE THREADS ARE OBNOXIOUS AND STUPID AND ALL THREADS LIKE THESE ARE EXTREMELY WEIRD WHEN THE USER IS IN AN UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP AND HAVE NEVER MET THE PERSON IN REAL LIFE AND IT'S CREEPY TO THINK SOMEONE WOULD DO ALL OF THIS STUFF TO SOMEONE ELSE.

I guess that explains the 14 year old I met in Maple once that was way smarter and mature than most 14 year olds as she is home schooled.

Never met any 8 year olds, so I wouldn't know.

They've gotten bad. I've met two 6th graders who were in a relationship.

Made me depressed. I'm in high school and I still don't have one .
