The 300 jounin star "quest"

Do we know exactly what happens when we collect 300 of these? I know it allows us to skip the JQ (Not sure exactly what room it puts you into), but is it

a one-time skip (Like taking a train to NLC)

or do you get an ETC item pass (Like florina beach)

or does he just remember you forever (Like the Kimera passageway in masteria)

Considering how incredibly rare those stars are, it better be an unlimited use Etc/Set-Up pass.
But I don't really know anything.

Where'd you even get this quest? I checked the extraction thread but didn't see anything.

In the large map of the castle's exterior, there's a NPC on the far right that activates the quest. It doesn't have the quest bubble though, so it's easy to miss.

If anybody's going to attempt this quest in Scania, I'll donate the one star I have that I luckily got from passing by the Jonins.

What drops these stars in the Castle?

Ahh not seen them, I left the Castle in disgust after going around in circles, I hate that place.

8/300 so far I only spent 3hrs hunting so far. s:

I got about 30 from farming on 4x drop for 4 hours on a 1hko bishop. Doesn't look like anyone but the most zealous of farmers will finish this "quest" anytime soon.

I'm assuming it's a permanent skip that's not in the form of an item. Seems to be just like the Kimera passage, but I haven't actually seen concrete evidence that this is the case.

According to this Japanese website you skip the JQ once.

肝心の忍耐スキップが一度きりなのか？という疑問も明らかにしてくださいました。

忍耐スキップは一度きりだそうです。

Translation: He revealed to me the important question: do you skip the JQ only once?

He told me you skip the JQ only once.

edited: Yeah multiple people in-game that you skip to where Naosuke is (map after the JQ) once. The "quest" is also more like a taxi than an actual quest as you don't get +1 towards Quest Specialist.
