This is the error message I'm getting when I try to do the surveys.

This has happened on two different computers with two different internet connection in two different cities (long commute to work) on several different browsers with several different accounts.
I thought maybe the services were offline but then I was reading the guide on how to fill out surveys and one of the replies from a few months ago described this same situation and no one was able to give a response. Would have posted there but the thread has been locked.

Any help is appreciated.

I think it's if your account has been banned before, or if the IP you registered with =/= your current one.
Only two reasons I could think of.

Well this applies, but why in the world would I be expected to keep the same IP for several years? Rhetorical question.
Time to fool around with proxies and creating accounts I suppose, I have too much free tme at work and an insatiable desire for cubes =S
