How many maplers out of the whole do you think browse youtube and searches Maple Story videos, comments on tons of KMS videos from their new releases?

I will answer that for you: a lot. That's why events like this are much bigger for us, because everyone anticipates the patch to happen, they wait months anxious for the release.

A lot of people are aware already what Big Bang is about. Nexon forums, SW, SP, basilmarket, youtube, there's probably a bunch of hacker websites; they all know and discuss this. Newsflash, Southperry is not the only source of information on Maple Story. There's tons of sources to get information from. Oh and guess what, people can talk in game, people discuss this in game too. I would know because Big Bang comes in subject almost daily on my buddy list, and even with randoms in KPQ or APQ.

Of course people talk about it, information spreads. But knowing about an update called Big Bang is not the same as knowledge of what Big bang brings. I will stand by my claim that the vast majority of players do not browse forums regularly and get second hand information, if any. Besides, YouTube is a poor medium for deeper knowledge of anything regarding Maple.

You know... i´m very curious about how many glitches/bugs we will get with a huge patch like this. (:

No logic, just the orgasm. I myself voted for faster leveling and it felt awesome. Plus the feeling that there might be some hope for the leveling curve to come even just a second earlier made me jeez my pants. God, after like what, four or five years, I might actually get close to getting a character up to the triple digits! yeess!

It's actually not that unbelievable, just due to human nature, since you (we) know about it, we assume everyone else has that basic understanding too. Not everyone reads up or researches stuff that KMS brings, and the % of people that due is relatively low. Gotta remember that the average age on forums such as these is probably near 17/18 while average age on maple is probably around 12-15

What? I don't see how they can mess up the exp curve if its just replacing the old one.... This is just like the adventure skill updates they replaced the old skills with the new ones. No one had 2 of the same skills with differ stats..

Was the adventure patch bad? To my knowledge they implemented that pretty smoothly

Just HP/EXP change probably ask the versions for which it came from what EXP/HP values they want or any level changes to they can easily add it to their version when they get Big Bang.\
