In all seriousness, a neutral without voting power is a horrible idea. They'd never be able to win. That's why most mutes end up town aligned or something.

My actual plan was to survive until 4 people were left by hiding behind my mute claim, and then bait a wordbomb through a question unrelated to the game, probably about where an avatar came from, and then to quickly vote for someone to make majority and kill them, allowing me to win. Plan failed cause Dark so pro. :3

claim to be mute means you'd be useless to kill, but useless to help lynch as well. though thats obvious now, were you aware of that then?

[COLOR="green"]Yeah, I see that now, but I couldn't really change my story halfway. Still, even a townie without a vote is better than having more people you have no information on. I had hoped that people would be more focused on looking at who voted, not to mention the mafia kept leaving confirmed townies alive, which made it harder and harder for me.

Plus Dark's hunch kinda shot through any semblance of power in my claim, since E6 voted alongside the Captain after he shot Russt dead.

it was a good plan, albeit poorly executed. you should've claimed a power role, something silly and contrived. "After the captain is killed i take over and have the ability to force everyone left alive to tell me their names. if they lie they are thrown overboard."

But if you did that and a pirate was killed you'd be exposed immediately, if not as a neutral than you'd be a highly targeted ninja.

Just gotta spray and pray. Weird was the wordbomb, so I would have to hope that nobody said it. Considering only one of my wordbombs went off, I was hoping I'd stay as unlucky as I had been all game. xD
