Looks like all those warnings we got in-game saying that "GMs will never ask for your contact information," etc., are meaningless now.

Keep in mind too people that if you send them flame emails they could ban your account, considering their terms for suspension on the site include a clause about "negative talk towards Nexon will result in permanent ban." Don't feed the fascists!

I still consider Nexon an important company, maybe not as likable as Gamefreak or some other companies that makes games I enjoy, but an important one regardless. Nevertheless, I don't think I can do this.

It would be fun if they publicize the essays minus the personal information, though. I think we all can get a very good laugh that way.

Honestly, complain to the Better Business Bureau about them, that seems the only way to get Nexon's attention. They actually REPLY to complaints there, and not some generic copy and pasted boilerplate response.

I already have, actually. I did it once in the past, but it was a long time ago, and I did it again after their customer service offered no help whatsoever, just like every other time I've submitted a ticket.
