It's because, like i said before, cubes are 1 (not 1k) ONE NX.

So it appears the next question begs to be asked: Can skills go over LVL 32?

LVl 34 (+ 2 helm and Combar Orders) would make heavens hammer have a 0 second cooldown. Is it possible 32 is the cap?

I'm aware. There isn't much of a difference anyway.

So Paladins are the new ultimate class with the 0 second cooldown heavens hammer? (assuming they get a +2 skill helmet)

Nexon went so far to nerf mages for this reason. Could they possibly pineapple it all up again?

0 CD HH is not the same as 0 CD ultimates.

And considering 10k is much higher than 1 HP, and the accuracy formula, it's not like leech will come back or anything.

Sorry to jack this thread, but would Heaven's Hammer still do 199999 cap or 999999?
Because 999999 with 0 CD at Zak arms seems pretty nice.

900% in one hit is ridiculously high for 15 mobs each. o.o You would easily be hitting over 200k anyway.

unless they fixed the cooldowns check with BB, even if you have a 0 second cooldown skill, you'd only be able to use it once every 5 seconds because the check to see if your cooldown is over happens at that interval

One thing im curious about is if the hammer actually displays damage now or is still that depleting bar. Combat orders is an absurdly good buff and id like to see the only remaining class without a unique party buff to get one. Corsairs namely.
