If we only get exp reduction first and then BB updates as a whole, then Hello to extremly fast leveling for a while.

BB can't work if even one option is left out.

Same exact thing happened in KMS. It was all like:

Nexon: Hay guiz wat do u want?

Players: faster leveling, changed mobs, more class balance, etc.

Warriors have godly pot consumption ratios. 10m in Ginseng heals maybe 9m HP on a 160 Bow Master. It'd heal over 21m for a Warrior without HB.
