Arakawa Under The Bridge x2 - 1 - God dammit do I love this show! Had no idea what to expect for the first episode and I was anything but disappointed. Im completely looking forward to the rest of the season.

Yosuga no Sora - 1 - .....Porn. No, not really. But dam, towards the end and that "mini story" really made it out to be. One thing Im getting tired of in these harems is how all the girl just out right pomegranate rainbows of love for the main guy upon seeing them. It pisses me off for some reason. Will probably keep watching, "ahem" for the story.

Shinryaku! Ika Musume - 1 - Nice lil anime, might keep watching if it stays as funny as the first episode, but other than that kinda meh. Idk if it was me, but the animation was kinda jumpy.

Tamayura - 2 - Kinda eh. Some funny bits, but this anime seems more about the story, which is kinda eh. Still has crazies in it.

KamiNoMi Ep1 - No changes. Just the way I like it.

I don't quite like Elsee's VA though; while she is perfectly chirpy, I think her voice isn't quite cute enough. Elsee's like a little kid, after all.

Keima's VA sounds familiar. I could've sworn I heard his voice before. Anyway, while it's not quite what I expected, his VA did a pretty good job so I'll let it slide.

The singer of the opening song sounds like the singer of Railgun's Real Force and Dear My Friend. Elisa, I think. I'll go check later.

Next episode's about the "rich" girl. Seems like they might skip the extra portions unrelated to the captures.

Pity they cut out his thought process though; the part where he tells Elsee that he will have a 90% (or something) chance of capturing Ayumi, and that he was wondering if it will develop like one game or another (forgot their names).

EDIT2: Keima's VA is Shimono Hiro, who voiced Akihisa in Baka-Test. No wonder his voice sounded familiar.
Elsee's VA is Itou Kanae, who voiced Amu and Dia in Shugo Chara. Well, she was never really good at cute characters; I always thought her voice suited more mature characters, tsundere or sporty girls. While I like Itou-san, her voice simply does not suit Elsee.

Motto To Love Ru - 1 - Mi amor!!!!!!!! The humor is light than the first so far, but I could care less with the updated character designs. Animation seems really good as well. One thing though......I HATE THE LIGHT.....

The World Only God Knows - 1 - Obviously the worlds best advertising for the PFP and dating sim games in general. Conceptually, I have to see how the story plays out more. Individually, I think it would be shitty if the girls were to keep their memories, but I am almost 100% sure there will be a part where there are 2 girls that need the seducing, and one finds out hes hitting on the other. Hilarity will ensue im sure.


So far, seems like a pretty solid season of anime.

There will be some girls who remember everything clearly later on. These girls have goddesses inside them; however, these goddesses lie dormant until awakened, so they can still be possessed by runaway spirits.

I'm glad they didn't go overboard on the little kid voice of Elci. I always hated it when girls sounded like that red headed chick in Amagami SS.


Don't know if anyone noticed, but after Ayumi kissed Keima, there was an apple and an orange together at the bottom of the stairs. I thought it was a neat reference worth bringing up.

Errrrrrrrrr....the love at first sight was too exaggerated imo. The 2nd ending with the maid was just wtp lol.

Squid Girl:
Nice light hearted comedy. I love the opening song though xD

Iron Man:
Meh. Animation is sort of mixed with American/Japanese styles, mostly American though I'd say.

World God Only Knows:
Liked it so far. I want to see Hakuuuuuuu[/COLOR]

...what the hell anime were you watching? There was no story, let alone a good story.


Here's what I've watched so far, listed in descending order of enjoyment. (Note: This isn't saying much since nothing really stood out to me.)

Invasion! Squid Girl 1: I don't know why, but this anime had me smiling for most of it de geso. Maybe it was just Ika being cute de geso. I thought it was odd that from the first few seconds the audience is assumed to be on board with the whole "she was a squid but now she's a loli" thing, but whatever de geso. It was funny/cute enough to not bore me, so I'll definitely watch more de geso.
Star Driver 1: (I had never heard of this before watching, so I had no idea what to expect.) At first I thought it was a normalish comedy about an unusually pretty boy trying to make it in a new school. But that got raped in the ear about 10 minutes in. First it got weird, then it got gay. Really, really gay. No idea if I like it or not yet, so I'll keep watching.
MM! 1: Funnier than expected. I find it interesting that his masochism seems to know what gender people are before his brain does. I was thinking the best way to cure him was to just have a guy beat the pomegranate out of him daily, but whatever. Will continue watching, if only for some cheap laughs.
My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute 1: I came in expecting an imouto ecchi and wasn't really all that off the mark. I can't imagine this going in any direction than the usual incest, so I doubt I'll watch much longer. It was pretty funny though, and she really is aryan cute.
The World Only God Knows 1: I was mildly entertained, but I will probably end up dropping it. It would have been more interesting if the girls didn't lose their memory and he had to deal with their feelings after the fact as well as the stigma he's sure to get after doing this 8 more times. It wasn't all that funny to me, but I don't think the plot wants to take itself seriously, so we probably just won't get along.
Yosuga no Sora 1: Okay, this one was just creepy. It didn't use comedy to hold it together like MLSCBTC, it just really wanted to fuck its brother. And as I said above, there was no story. Dude and sister move into new house and school after parents died. That's a premise at best, and a fairly common one at that. I'll probably watch the beginning of the next episode to see if she rapes him, then leave it alone. Since I don't have a sister, I'm going to ask the main character guy what he's wearing/doing that everyone's all over his balls.

Plan to watch:
Bakuman -- At the suggestion of two friends.
To Aru Majutsu no Index 2 -- Because the first one was pretty good.
Fortune Arterial -- Description makes it seem potentially interesting, so I'll give it a shot.
Panty and Stocking -- Maybe.

Plan to not watch:
To-Love-Ru Motte -- A terrible continuation to a terrible anime that seems intent on proving that the same partially concealed boobs can be sold more than once to the same person.
