How to do the holbin quests?

Can someone help me with how to do the holbin quests, im at the part were you need the glacial water, and getting the hoblin equps for npcs. Please someone I need major help . Love you forever if you can help educate a noob like me ^^

You get the items inside the PQ itself. And the water isn't used for a quest.

Go to the portal on top of the ice "mountain" thingy. Inside is a mini jump quest.

You don't really need the water to do the pq tho. The water is just to heal Shammos if he takes too much damage, but it's fairly easy to get him to the cave without him taking considerate damage.

Just talk to Shammos and click 'explain me', he will then give you an empty bottle.

So do you have to complete the jq to access the pq, or is the jq just to get the water and items for the optional quests? I assumed you did have to do it, but Chameleonic says he completed the pq apparently without even knowing about the bottle, and the bottle is required to get into the jq area. If the jq is required, then i'll never be able to try the pq, given how bad i am at jq, plus game freezes, plus d/c's in the jq.

The jump PQ isn't required. It's an optional thing just in case Shammos takes too much damage in the PQ so you can heal him.

Yep, they do, I received a tablet for accessory for STR from that JQ yesterday.

a scroll for earrings 60% dex dropped in a run i was in too. so yes, the monsters in there have actual drops - which is neat.

Before you enter the party quest, there is a waiting room, correct? The Ice Mountain Jump quest is accessed at the top of that icy platform in the same map. There is a time limit for the quest, so you have to be quick. :c
