Henesys Plastic Surgery Event Coupon?

Well as the title says I logged on today and received a "Henesys Plastic Surgery Event Coupon" from "Cassandra" yet when I spoke to every single NPC in the "Henesys Plastic Surgery" place and none of them would accept the coupon, so am I doing something wrong, or did Nexon mess up yet another Cash shop giveaway event?

Hmm. I was logging on to all of my characters in hopes of getting these but by the SS I don't like the way it looks. It being an untradable etc item makes it so the very character you want to use it on has to find it rather than just an explorer of the same account. Then there's that mention of "Temporarily"...

As for getting it to work, I couldn't say, but have you tried every chat option they all give?

If this is the case, I'd be better off leaving the accounts idle for a few weeks and getting the log-off prizes again. And that really sucks since by the time they fix it, it would have expired.

I'm not saying it's the case. I meant for it to be a joke, not necessarily serious.

Doesn't look like it matters anymore, it expires tomorrow and I can't get on my character without Dcing 10 seconds later, Nexon fixes 1 issues then surprise! 10 more that are way worse this time! I've tried like 30 times to get on any of my characters and like I said 10 seconds later, BOOM! Disconnected without any error message just a complete shut down.

It's probably supposed to go to the cash shop tab, not etc, that's why the NPCs don't see it... o.o

Well it's probably better that way. Won one face coupon to henesys from adventurer boxes and guess what? I was forced to save for vip face.

Well the coupon expired when I logged on today, then I disconnected five seconds later, game is so broken for Vista users, on top of losing a potentially rare event item for a free face change, I can't play. Wooo~ Nexon right?

I had a side feeling that was the case, but there was a shred of hope there since there is in fact a face called sarcastic.

Anybody know when the effect "expires" since the ticket itself said the effect is temporary? Although, I wouldn't mind if the face change I got was permanent.

All plastic surgery/hair changes are permanent.
