This boss does less damage than bf, but not enough to most ranged pre-BB HP,(I've seen 2ks and even 9ks).
But it can be pinned w/o damage if done correctly; this is more of a ranged boss.
It's helmet etc is used for getting through neo Tokyo quests (and kaede castles boss, too)
this whole place is a step up to neo Tokyo,

You don't need that much HP. I would post the below on MapleGuide but that forum req. moderator approval for new threads

Firstly you only take the smaller, 2.5kish damage if you stay away from it (NLs, bowmen and corsairs). The boss lightning only hits below where he is so if you can toss him upwards (or wait for him to jump onto a platform on his own), you will be safe from lightning attack. He can be taken all the way to the top where he will no longer do any attack but walk around, but that requires technique. Essentially he becomes Anego if he jumps onto a platform and you constantly KB him.
Bowmen can also solo w/o taking damage by placing a pupper behind you and knocking him away. DB might be able to do the same.

How does durability system work? Seeing that your just wearing them their durability goes down?

Durability goes down even when you're standing still. However as long as you recover it after a run (like you do with syuris and bullets) you wouldn't have a problem.


Oh and heads up: That purple frog does 15k damage. Good luck

How? When he's standing on a platform, he doesn't use the lightning attack when you're standing below him. The attack still hits you if someone triggers it by attacking him from the same platform or above.

BF is more available and 3 times easier to kill. Do tell why the samurai armor is better than BF.

Because he does less damage (Touch and Magic) and as far as i remember he's a non motile or extremely slowly moving boss.

Best bugfix patch ever.

Guys.

Ulu City and Ghost Ship PQ were added to the patch (I'd say "ABOUT TIME" about the second one).

That means mobs AND maps.

So yeah. Expect them, probably with next patch, which means more filler content, which means Big Bang most likely being in November, not October.

In fact it was a bit weird they were able to prepare the Big Bang patch for GMS already. It was a little too early for such a huge patch. Lol @ those who thought that it'd have been this patch.

2 more months to go, guys.

Negative. Durability only decreases if weapon is used to inflict damage to a monster. I used to AFK daily with my Neo Eclipse. The only time that durability ever went down (by 1% was when I Crogged once with it. It's still at 99% durability without any repairs.
