What do I do with the four black hole activator etc items?

You need them to get into the Reverse time machine "PQs"

Start the four quests given out by Future Doctor Bing, and he will take them away.

Yes. You can still do all the quests though.

Unfortunately, Nexon forgot to add Doctor Bing's NPC in Omega Sector, hence, you cannot complete the quest until the next server check/patch (which is wednesday).

You do stage 1 mission quest chain, "building the time machine", once so that you can do stage 2 quest, "to the future".
When you get the bing suit you do stage 2 mission chain quests once and do the first quest given by Brann so that stage 3 quest "chance for counterattack" activates.
Then you do the PQ once so that you end up in the future Dr. Bing's cube. In there you do his quest chain once and you will get a lightbulb quest named "Is it a dream?".

If you threw any of the quest items like The secret base ID card away, you are screwed. The quest will be there, but it will say your inventory is full when trying to accept it, even if it is not.

Actually my ID card has DISAPPEARED. I can enter the base though...and do OSSS quests. Am I nexon'd by glitch now or what?

Did you start the Dream quest? It takes away the card, Bing receiver, and cube.
