When does stage 4 end?

Is it the 29th of September or the 6th of October?

29th.

Original schedule has it end on the 29th.
However, the NPC for the "Is it a Dream?" quest is missing, and Nexon said we would be able to complete it "on the 29th", presumably after they patch something.
No knowing whether they will extend the event a whole week or just the one day, and also no knowing whether the other quests will still be active.
So, if you are doing the crystanol quests, I suggest not counting on being able to continue doing it after 10PM PST Tuesday the 28th (probable patch time).

I have to, because I have exam week. I'm not repeating the quests 24/7, not sure how I can go throught the pain even if theres 2 more weeks...

They don't.
It's like some other event items, certain chairs come to mind, that require you dedicate your life 24/7 to getting them.
Personally I decided not to bother.

If they extend stage 4 I'm gunna be pissed off, I already gave up on getting a VIP Claw with such short time, so I scrolled a Last Claw.

if you had the last claw and the scrolls couldn't you have waited until the event ended just in case you got lucky?

Out of 18 attempted pq's, 10 successful.
Out of 10 successful pq's, 2 VIP weapons. Rest are chairs and VIP Air.
