I didn't. My dad and his girlfriend are pressuring me to take them with their damn health crap. All they do is eat health food. No more meat, no more bread, and nothing that doesn't involve tons and tons and tons and tons of veggies or fruits. =/

With the exception of vitamin D supplements, multivitamins are largely ineffective next to eating any quantity of vaguely healthy food. Most supplements are a gargantuan waste of money in this regard.

I'll share some wisdom. When I worked at a home for the sick and elderly, we crushed the pills and mixed em with jam for those that had serious problems. Congratiulations, you are a 90 year old senile and very sick old m... errrrr... young boy. Use this method to avoid the big bad pills and thier evil.

er... I'm not even going to attempt that. That will taste like the worst pile of vomit you can concoct.

I don't even get to take Flinstones or any kind of chewable vitamins. I have to take these pill vitamins that are like... 1 and a half inches long and about a quarter of an inch thick. It sucks. 75% of the time, they get stuck in my throat.

If you have a job, buy your own groceries. I had to do this over the summer, mostly because my dad and stepmom NEVER buy fresh fruit and vegetables and even then I wasn't allowed to eat like 75% of the food in the house.
