Noty. I actually love this PQ, the longer it lasts the better, since the drop rate at 120 sucks so much.

So I'm guessing we will only have to do the PQ once to go onto Stage 4?

I guess they figured out that the quest is not available yet, and that they can fix it before making it available in the live server, so they removed the notice?

you have to go see him after beating the pq. when you're done you'll be taken to another map now (apparently, haven't tried myself)

Once you complete the four quests he gives you there, once, he asks you to find his past/present self in Omega sector. That's the "Is it a dream" quest. idk of anyone who's found him, yet.

so quest is "available" already but did anyone actually activated it ?
i have it in my quest log under available but no way to get it (tried talking with dr bing (future one and old one) nothing.
Is this quest actually working ? :[ LF> medal

Doctor Bing exists on a plane we can't see or touch since he is nowhere to be found in Omega Sector.

It pops up as a lightbulb quest after you finish the "Preventing the Creation of the Time Machine" quest.

Alright, thanks. Guess I play the waiting game then. Hell knows I will not making anything permanent when you get a mere 7 crystanol molecules per quest chain. We are looking at a little less than 100 times a day to make the whole set permanent.

How many use slots do you need for the dream quest.

Just one, I think, for the Omega Sector Warp capsule

If he's not there then we're probably getting the weaker medal too.

They knew about this over a week ago...You would have thought they would have fixed this in the 7 hour SC we just had!

If you are in the middle of the Visitors’ “Is It Just a Dream?” quest please do not forfeit it until completion, which you will be able to do on the 29th. If you forfeit the quest you will not be able to receive the Time Traveler Medal. The quest cannot be re-accepted and you will not be able to further participate in the Visitors event.
