Dont you get what they mean? Their saying stage 4 is going to start on wed 11 hrs from now it will be 12am pst aka wed.

And the problem with starting it a little later isss..?

Non at all. Just poorly executed to have a teasers saying an event is about to start when you infact will have to wait for an additional 6 hours or so. Gimme a break tho, I aint bashing Nexon here, just stupidity in general.
