Go look through my hundreds of screenshots and you'll stumble upon primary bonuses ending up on secondary and tertiary rows. It isn't that rare. Just that good bonuses are rare already, and looking for primary bonuses of the same type (like all %dex) makes the already small chance even smaller.

Chris is still the original owner, he just sent the SS over skype and I put it here.

It would be the same effect if he item smega'd it.

Sadly, it only gives 5.6% more damage on bosses than my previous cubing. Not sure how much better this will be after Big Bang. I haven't bothered to deal with those equations yet.
