Buying Holy Charge 20 and/or Blast 20

I've been searching through the free market and hunting at skeles/nest golems for weeks now, and I have yet to find either of these books.
If anyone is willing to sell one of them at a reasonable price I'd be glad to free up a space in your inventory.
