New Happyville?

This is... new. o_o

It was (accidentally?) Overwritten when they changed the encryption in GMS around .56. This happened to several other maps as well (HHG2, which lost the portal to "Meet the Parents", and Drake's Meal Table, which lost Bob the Snail's spawn). Those other cases were eventually fixed but since Happyville's not supposed to be available this wasn't.

I don't get why the NPCs are wack though. o_o Their locations should be set in the data, so if it got overwritten, wouldn't they move too? (Or is kMS's happyville wack like that too? ;x)

Agreed, I like this version a lot better but I guess one could argue the new one looks like something a person would expect out of Maple Story.

Also, lol at the boxes. One looks out of place on the roof and the other is on top of a door. XD

Isaac, could this, for w/e reason, be why the level 35/43 maple items got the old Happy Birthday Maple effect back? Or was that added for who knows why except Nexon realized that it needed to be updated?

It happened in v56, I believe, because v55 was the maple items itself and it had the old effect still.
