The Rebirth of Maple World! (big bang)

Well I have a theory. This big bang that they want us to rename is ONLY what was the first patch in KMS and it will come in October. So that's EXP curve, UI change, Skill changes, Monsters, and anything else that was in that patch. Now you might ask "Wait what about resistance?" well if you look at when we normally get classes its in late November/Early December and June/July. We got pirates in late November(or was it early December I cant remember), then we got CK in July, then Aran in December, then theirs Evan which was in March(lol random), then we got DB in July. So following that pattern it seems we would get resistance in December. This leaves November, and my guess is that nexon is gonna release big bang first and then hobPQ/Dual Race so that they don't have to remake them for Big bang. They don't have to do all of big bang at once and since mechanic is finished theirs no reason for it not to be with the other two resistance jobs... Now my fingers hurt...

I see what your saying. Hm..maybe it will be we'll get something early October like the PQs, then in the middle of October Big Bang, then November we'll get the Resistance, then for Decemeber maybe a Masteria or WT update really testing NEXON's limits.(is skeptical)

They must have ninja translators or something.

Well, the first part of it doesn't even need much translating, but still, there are several things such as new skill strings which need to be translated, without counting the localization part, which is the hardest one.

Blizzard translated starcraft 2 to portuguese in like 2months, made a new battle.net page all in portuguese, and changed all the movies so the char would move its mouth like its really talking in portuguese, all of it in like 3 months before blizzard announced starcraft 2 in portuguese, so i guess its possible.

Well.. The voting contest ends on Spetember 29th, which is also the end date of the alien event, and also the back to school events end on September 28th. The 28th and 29th are a tuesday and wednesday, and patches are generally announced and released wednesday, thursday, or friday. There's no 100% on this, but it looks like the name contest winner will be announced at the same time as the patch release, if the name isn't just built into the patch notes themselves. Right now I'd say it's 50/50 if BB is released in October or November.

I think October is overly optimistic. November makes more sense.
- October patch stuff (Halloween Event or something) and Name Contest winner get announced at the same time
- Build up to "Big Bang" in the late weeks of October, patch in November

Not to mention you need to give people time to vote on the poll.

But.. what else is there to release now? There isn't any more content other then Ulu and possibly the chinese areas/floating market. But.. who knows. As nexon always says, it takes time to create things. With the amount of content GMS has been accustomed to lately, and the amount that's being produced, it doesn't add up. Hurray, more events. :|
