KMS' Potential System different?
#21
Neither. Most of the time in the KMS FM, the equips with awesome potential stats are usually being sold by people with a high degree of funding, as you can tell by looking at the things they sell. Equips with average potential stats are pretty much sold by the middle class. And the lower class is pretty much screwed. This is pretty much what you're seeing in GMS right now.

The price of Cubes in KMS is also pretty much at the same ratio as in GMS. You can probably sell a godly item at around 300-500m, buy 100 or so Cubes at 4-5m each (my pricing may be off since I haven't been in Culverin's FM in a while). On the same note, you can sell a godly item in GMS at around 1-1.5b, yet still get 100 or so Cubes at 1.2k NX each.

I wish cubes would cost 4-5m each, but it all depends on nx:meso ratio so I don't think it will ever go below at least 10m a cube.
Is that how it's like in KMS perhaps? then it would mean that it's practically cheaper to get good items, right?
And on a side note, I still don't get how there are such a few really godly cubed items in GMS where there are millions of players; when in KMS there are much fewer but still you see so many godly stuff from there.

Keep in mind it has only been one month since we got the potential system while KMS got it 5 months ago. Also, the amount of screenshots coming from a certain version can greatly skew how much godly stuff there actually is. Take the (most likely) two strongest players of GMS currently, VarsityHero and VoltesV, for example. There's hardly any screenshots of them and their equips. Imagine how many more people in GMS with godly equips aren't releasing screenshots.

I'm pretty sure kMS has quite a few advantages over gMS, such as double pendants, attack/potential? multipet equipment, and the ice cream bar face accessory.

We don't have those. JMS does.

You can use a HTP and a cHTP with double pendants, but hardly anyone knows that, and you have to be quite rich to have both (rarely are there people who spend max money daily like in gms). We don't have potential pet equips, but the attack pet equips are like...really really really rare. The Ice cream bar is only 5 atk, and it expires unless you mass hourglass it, which isn't really worth it.

If you factor in the 10+ attack possible from pacs, facestompers, MoNs, 12% possible potential from 127 equips that will soon be available, blah blah broken blah blah blah maplestory, you notice that once gms gets big bang, kms will be a little kids playground compared to the damage gms can do. Eventually everyone above 150 will be like Lachrymus with potential equipment, and then you'll be whining for absolutely no goddamn reason.

You can buy a pet equip that gives +20 stat max and a scroll that upgrades it to +30 stat max w/ a status ailment (slow, blind, seal, freeze or stun) added to your attack. It's no onyx apple though

According to WIkipedia, GMS has half as many players as KMS. CMS should be OP by this metric but this would explain the number of items in circulation.

That isn't. That's a JMS pet.
