Weird stuff you do

THIS x 100000000000000. I'm ALWAYS walking around in beat to whatever music I'm listening to, and the second the song switches, so does my pace. I often find myself having to compensate for tempo changes by shortening or elongating my stride xD.

Also, I definitely talk to myself all the fucking time when I'm alone. I find it therapeutic to talk through whatever pomegranate is going on during the day.

I'm sure other people do this, but I tend to personify computers.

Whenever I hear the word "God", I replace it in my mind with "Flying Spaghetti Monster". Going to church with the family is funny.

I try to optimize things a lot. When I see an action performed, I always wonder how it can be performed faster. When I'm laying in bed, my mind will be going through how my code processes data and I imagine it running in different ways and logically sort out the best way. This can make it hard to get to sleep sometimes.

I tend to use double entendres and word puns frequently.

@above: The world is full of oddballs. Southperry is full of people that admit it.

I like to walk in offbeats of a person I'm walking with.
I improvise swing music in my head.

I like talking to myself out loud rather than just thinking it. It helps me remember stuff better too.

Though I'm not particularily happy with America, I am very fond of a capitalist system.

Anyways, I like songs with lyrics such as this which probably isn't a good thing:

and, then I go listen to music that goes like "Jesus, I love you so much, oh baby"

This, but more about pathways rather than codes.

I do this to see if they notice.

Come to Canada then Wink We have the best of both worlds!

As for the topic, I do a few weird things. If I'm listening to say an mp3 player and walking down the street I will start dancing to any dance song that comes on. I can't help it. I only do it in summer though since doing it in winter could be deadly ^_^ If a song gets stuck in my head, I will always sing the entire thing once through no matter what. It's kindof what Cartman has on that one episode of South Park a long time ago. The only really weird moment I've had with that is when I sang John the Fisherman by Primus. Listen to it and you'll see why. I think the only reason I do this is because I have a falsetto voice and can imitate any voice. I also papercraft which is weird to most people at first then they get around to saying "Wow, that's freaking epic."

SO my stuff isn't really weird as much as awesome. The only thing that makes it weird is that barely anybody does it/it's new to people.

I personally think that's the weirdest post in this thread.

Cancambo Wrote:I try to step on same colored squares when walking on checkered floors

If the tiles are large, I try to take the same amount of steps on each tile. Additionally, I try to have the same walking pattern each tile i.e. left foot is first to touch on every tile

I often count my steps as if it was counting music (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4)

I pay attention to how people place their feet when they walk up stairs (whole foot on, or only half)

I like pacing around the house when 'm on the phone

I do all of this.
