I always walk as quietly as possible unless i'm in a hurry.
I try to make it completely silent.

• I can't sleep in a bed without something covering some part of me. I don't care if its boiling point outside, I MUST have some type of blanket or bed sheet somewhere on me, even if its only covering an inch.

I move in generally calculated movements, it took me a long time to stop playing "don't step on the line!" and even longer to stop walking looking down at the floor (the first times looking far in the distance walking felt really strange).

I also take steps two at a time up and down stairs, I talk to myself and comment how I shouldn't talk to myself out loud, and I probably don't have very good sleep paralysis because when I wake up in the morning my sheets are everywhere.

I try to step on same colored squares when walking on checkered floors

If the tiles are large, I try to take the same amount of steps on each tile. Additionally, I try to have the same walking pattern each tile i.e. left foot is first to touch on every tile

I often count my steps as if it was counting music (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4)

I pay attention to how people place their feet when they walk up stairs (whole foot on, or only half)

I like pacing around the house when 'm on the phone

I like telling my dog my deepest feelings

I like drinking straight lemon juice

I make up and sing songs to my motherfuckin pets and scream them in their face until I get bored.

Oh, forgot to mention that I buy a gallon of "Coffee Creamer" (Like "Coffeemate") and just chug on that sh`it . . . weekly.
