no matter how much i cube it, it wont go to 3 lines? But it can go to unique/epic?

the top is called primary and the bottom 2 is secondary?
And so the bonuses of epic primary is the same as unique secondary?

1. It will never have a different amount of lines when first revealed.
2. Each line is a potential slot. The first is a primary and will almost always be higher than the rest of the stats. The higher the stat, the more rare the item becomes and thus, changes rarity. There is a list here in the Training Center section.
3. I would assume yes since there are potential stats for them, but at the same time I do not believe it is possible to potential CS items. We'd have to wait and see from another source.

1. A 2 liner will remain a 2 liner and a 1 liner will remain a 1 liner no matter how many timea i cube it?

2. Can the 2nd and 3rd line be as strong as the 1st?
