HP and MP while using Maple Life item.
#1
I logged out and I was able to pick one item from a list of three gifts from the Maple Administrator. The only thing good was Maple Life Type-A, so I took that. The only question I have is does the HP and MP of the new character (especially if HP Increase or MP Increase skills are involved) match up in amount to a character who has been raised from Lv 1? For example, will a Magician created with a Maple Life have as much MP as a Magician raised from Lv 1 to 30? What about both types of characters at Lv 31, where the two would have maxed out MP Increase?

I've tried looking up information with Google, but didn't get very far until the results were irrelevant to MapleStory. Tongue

During the creation of the character, you will be given the option if you want to have SP automatically distributed to these skills and the game will simulate 30 level ups to your character with the MP/HP increase intact. Your MP will be slightly lower than a reguarly leveled magician because Maple Life does not distribute your AP. So you will only get 2 MP/Level versus getting 10 MP/level in later levels. So it will be lower, but not enough to make me say, "Don't do it." It's still worth the time saved, I suppose.

I see. Since the MP gain per level is based on the amount of INT, would the large increase of INT from Lv 30's AP distributionl make the MP even out vs a normally raised Magician? This was the type of stuff I was searching to no avail on Google... Frown

Also, for any type of character, would the base HP and MP be fixed to match the base HP and MP of a normally raised one?

to my understanding, it wont.
Because of the fact that a regular made mage would of had that much into INT anyway.
You would just get the amount of MP as you would of got on a regularly made mage from lv 30-31.
