I have a question about hb equips.. lets say this system arrive to EMS where there hardly is any common lvl 70+ pants (I doubt we have any) and because of my job would I be unable to get the skill because pirates cant get pants?

Fairly sure its tops and overalls too. So you could only get it on a pirate overall, I guess.

Nope, just bottoms. Thus why we had to do it on the only tradeable, common, level 70 pants in GMS.

if it was available to overalls and tops, we'd have all seen them by now.

Same..the only equip I have that's 3 line are my neos pants..everything else important I scroll ends up being 2 lines.

Actually, it only depends on the MAIN line.

In this case, I suppose both have just one main line, even though there's a chance to have 2.

Therefore, I'd go with the one with a better potential. I explain, are both rare? Do both have a MAIN line? Then, both are possible.
