Not really.
No mean to rub you in the face but I think they forget to add that light bulb in, or remove it for some reason I can't think of.

I got through that stage because I chose to do lvl 30 one, the only lvl of PQ I can clear all the monsters in 30 seconds.

Boss drops 2 items almost everytime, for lvl 30 PQ at least. So if you're not specific about which type of weapons, it's quite often.

And this is just the first day of part 3 and I saw 5-6 people with this chair, so I say its drop rate is quite high for valuable items.

Most probably, considering the fact that there's level tiers in the PQ and in the items.

btw, i see in the SS you are not wearing the visitor suit, so does it mean you just need to wear 1 piece of the suit to get into the cube? or the cube dmg you so low that its not even noticeable?

You need to wear full suit for lvl 60/120 while you don't have to wear any part of that suit for lvl30. There was a SC last night, I'll see if it changes anything.

Edit: They close that PQ and they didn't tell when will they open the PQ again
