So lvl 163 elestaff or reverse aeas hand for evan

Level 130 fire wand or 163 fire staff would both be better than Aeas hand. They are lvl 121+ after all and get higher potential bonuses than the reverse. Not to mention the fire skills getting massive boosts.

and to answer the question directly, Illusion is neutral. Test this by hitting a skele without Elemental Reset, you wont notice a difference.

i learned two nights ago that illusion is actually a physical attack. if you get darkness inflicted on you and then use it, it can miss. a lot. makes sense since it's the dragon physically slashing the monsters.

i wonder if apples would buff it up like crazy

Dude, if Illusion was a physical attack, do you know the pathetic amount of damage it would do?

it must still be affected by the characters magic attack but it's definitely physical. darkness does not make magic attacks miss.

Magical Attacks = Damage affected by Magic Attack

Physical Attacks = Damage affected by Weapon Attack.

I'm not sure where you get your sources, my boy.

He means that it's a magic attack-based skill with physical attack properties, because it's supposedly* affected by Darkness (which magic isn't affected by).

*I'm not sure if it really is affected by it, so I put a "supposedly" there.
