Magic Guard doesn't reduce damage, either. It just moves most of the damage into MP.

i never said it reduces that damage that is dealt, but it sure as hell prevents easy death for mages cuz of their own dmg reflections (or any other dmg).

anyways, from the information cyanne gave it seems more like a skill that makes the fight longer and not tougher anyways.

That's an interesting seduce, it's not the same as HT's one. HT's one makes you run in either direction or occasionally jump on the spot, this seems to only make you jump to the left and nothing else.

I'm pretty sure this is what Pink Been is based off of as well because it only seduces you to the right. Well this is good news for some people I guess. I don't know if there are any other hidden changes to the seduce effects outside of HT besides how the AI works for seduce regarding Time Temple.

Sure is a pain for vipers using transform seeing as they have such limited time using it.

The pink bean statue's seduce is the same as raika's, making you only jump left. The deadly part about this is that jumping will make you take statue touch damage depending on where you are and if the statue's alive or not, which is an instant kill for most classes. To make things even worse, the order of entrance is apparently random, so you can't choose who gets seduced first like in horntail.

However, when I ask most of the higher leveled players, nobody puts any points in Hero's Will, saying that it's useless and a waste of SP. So in other words, when Pink Bean comes out, nobody will be prepared. Now I'm glad I have the skill.

Just call out when you're seduced, and keep track of who hasn't been seduced yet to determine who's next. (If there are 30 players killing Pink Bean, and it seduced one person every 20 seconds, or one party every 2 minutes, then nobody should die from it.)

It mass seduces (like 20+ people) somewhat often, at least often enough so that the 10 minute cooldown will still make hero's will useless.

Yes, I meant that the order was random, not the target each time was random.

Or am I misunderstanding this whole thing because I've never been in a 50 km radius of HT?

^If I remember correctly, horntail always targets the first person/people to enter the map until he/she/they is/are dead, so it's probably the same for the statue, only you can't control who gets seduced and who doesn't.

Oh and I was wrong about the statue's seduce; it casts three different forms of it. It can make you jump left, walk left, or jump right.

Yes, then that's what I meant. Harrisonized meant that HW would be useful because the seduce's target was chosen randomly each time it was casted, and the chance of being seduced twice in 10 minutes was low. I was saying that wouldn't be the case.
