Somewhere around 50. Not really paying much attention to that. (usually on 1.3x due to the EXP pendant)

It can be.
I never went there because me being a Marksman, the touch damage is too high.
Instead I stayed at Captain/Kru till 130, then just did zak and pap till 140. :|
