It isn't official, so it isn't going anywhere. Of course DBO is going to overshadow it. It uses an adequate engine, adequate graphics, adequate everything. And it's made by koreans. They know their shit.

If they keep it up this way with ABSOLUTELY NO NEWS of anything outside of Korea (there hasn't been any news in over 8 months now), the game is going to flop and they're going to lose money.

If they were to hurry up on at least a Japanese release, they would make so much money for how much the Japanese would eat up the game.

And this could be a sham too. There's no reason he needs this money if he actually knows how to make this. He's probably purchasing tools like that for hundreds of dollars because he can't do it himself.

May be true, but it certainly has a fairly big fanbase even in Japan. Though, the post in general is most likely just looking for responses. While Higurashi is more of a mature anime than Naruto, I certainly wouldn't go as far as to call it an "adult" anime. The only reason one would say i's an "adult" anime is because of the gore, which is actually more teen level than anything. The themes itself aren't anything too adult.

By the way, I did like Higurashi, and do in fact have 2 Higurashi figures in my room. Just pointing this out for anyone who may believe me to just be a hater of the series or something.

I live in Japan, I can tell if something's hot right now (like K-On! second season) or is old (Naruto). Naruto was popular years ago in United States which means it died years before then. The series began eleven years ago; the kids who grew up with it now have jobs.

Gore is not the reason why Higurashi is considered an "adult anime" but is because the creators marketed them towards adults (sold in Comic Markets which kids can't even enter). The basic premise remains the same so I see no reason to rebrand them as "kids anime" when both the movie and the anime versions have been rated R.
