how many times/day the quests can be done? 3 times?

The "Defend scientists", "Kill 3 kinds", "Catch one kind" and "Chips & Cameras" can be done 3 times a day. Fame and PQ only once a day.

Is the fame quest repeatable once a day?
Because I haven't recieved the quest again... meaning I'm stuck with 10-50 OSS medals per quest.
Full suit in about a month, anyone?

I don't think the Fame quest is, as I haven't gotten it to repeat either.

Well its not like you can add anything but the cores regardless, or do you mean the difference between the ones adding main stats and the ones adding stuff like speed?

Oops, I mean once on the Fame Quest, I haven't received it again on any of my characters.

Don't worry, it will still transform. Unless you just used the last core (Uwana?) that adds slots to the gear.

- Roora or Avoid Connection for Powerful.
- Hase for Dexterous.
- (Forgot name) for Wise.
- Urene or Accuracy Connection for Lucky.

Transformation slot is based on level.

what are some good spots for the eliminating aliens one? henesys is packed and i haven't explored since the patch so i don't know of any other spots.

I use Rainforest East of Henesys (Pigs and Orange Mushrooms), it's usually packed with aliens. If not, just change channels.

Looks like I'm getting lucky alien gear on my AM too :T

Oh well, the lucky alien and wise alien both look pretty cool, so it doesn't matter much.

I've updated the guides with a new Week 2 guide. I can't believe how big of thread this is now. Thanks to Loose and MetaSeraphim for all the help they've dished out so far to all the questioning Maplers out there. I've been having a rough week in real life and I really couldn't have done it without you. I will try to get to any unanswered questions in a few moments while my wrist has a much needed break(if there are any ^_^). And like usual, the guide isn't fully accurate as of yet(I forgot a couple of the NPC/alien names) but I'm working on it.

i can mix and max stats fine after the first slot, right? i'd like to be able to use my reverse xbow so i'd need to use some str ones now or will it not matter for the boss? hoping it doesn't have a fixed amount of damage like the aliens do.

Meaning it keeps the previous stats, and same slots, etc. Or will it "be destroyed and taken away, and it'll be replaced with a brand new piece of equipment, and in this case it will be the 'dex looking one' clean"

Furthermore, will it change again once it hits 5 [or X scrolls] again into an upgraded version? I remmeber upgraded versions in hte extractions, but I forgot if they are upgrades for these equips or not.

When the armors "transform"(they did it for me on my lvl 56 DB with only 2 Cells each) they have a certain fixed Wep Def and Magic Def.(on mine they are 6 w.Def and 6 M.Def, even on the Overall). The cells you've used stay on the same piece of armor, so if you had a 30 slot Bing Armor beforehand and used 2 cells in it(and it transformed), it will be a 28 slot armor when it transforms still. I'm not entirely sure about any upgrades to the armors as of yet since i've only been able to get 8 cells so far.

So if I want pure INT on my stuff, then all I have to do is use the int scrolls and then it'll eventually upgrade?

Essentially yes. You can make the Bing Armor into a 30 Int armor if you want. I just hope the Whole Crystanol that permanently activates it will be easy to get so you can love that 30 int overall forever

I used a STR core on all 4 equips, then used 1 LUK on each, then 1 more LUK on Gloves and Hat (ran out of medals) and on the 3rd slot both the gloves and hat transformed into the lucky versions(on a Lv.78 CB) even though I used STR first. Very stange.

Well, we only have confirmation through the ones that upgrade after only two slots. The more likely scenario is that it checks for the majority cell used just prior to applying the cell that is on the slot where it transforms. Gonna take more time for people to have any confirmation on the 12 slot transforming ones.
