There are no upgrades for it. The only thing you could do is Chaos it. However the potential you can get off it since it's level 145 I think would be higher than a HTP. At max a HTP can give you 24%, while the Timeless Pendant can give you 40%.

However any value of the Timeless Pendant because it can give such big bonuses is ruined by the VIP Visitor Necklace.

Actually, it's slightly better than than the VIP Visitor Necklace because of level ups. Of course, the visitor necklace will probably be a bit easier to obtain... @_@
