Dragon Rider Equips Questions

Well, I got the dragon rider dagger nageling from that peanut event, and i really like it.

Noticed that the durability cost has been lowered too ( 420k to 42k per %)

I just have some questions.

1) How do i get tablet scrolls? I used the search function, and all i got was "kill mob bosses" and was surprised when it wasn't listed as a prize from dragon rider pq. I assumed that was area bosses but i haven't gotten one tablet in weeks of hunting. And i would like to have a stronger dragger att.

2) Whats the success rate of the tablet working? I know the destruction rate is 60% when failed.

3) Can durability equips be potentialed and equip enchanced? Say only certain scrolls can work on it but don't know if that's only limited to normal scrolls. It would be cool if it worked too because then the level 105 cape will actually have a purpose lol.

4) Can i used two durability weapons at the same time and still have both effects work? I'm a dual blader and i noticed that there was also a durability katara in the extractions.

1. Dragon rider, zakum, horntail, and nibelung drop them, but your chances are so low that nibelung is probably the best source of them.

2. It's 70/50/36/26/19/14/10% chance, and the blow up rate on the description is wrong, it's actually the same as the success rates except backward.

4. Yeah, all the special effects of daggers and blades apply to both your hits. You don't get criticals on either weapon though because the dagger requires you to be a shadower, and the blade requires you to be in 3rd+. Boss damage potential does stack on top of monster type effectiveness, so if you're attacking a devil boss like zakum with both 30% boss and 20% devil, you get 1.56x damage on your regular hits.

I found a Neo Dark Arund from Nibelung and have been trying to get a Tablet for it as well. I did actually get a Tablet from Nibelung, but it was One-hand ACC. Used it on my DB's explorer dagger for fun. So yeah, double confirmation on that, go to Nibelung. Plus, lots of free money from selling the tons and tons of elixirs it drops.

I wish I could fight Nibelung, but it keeps killing me because it makes me lag.

Wow the giant ship in neo city =/ God i haven't even started the quest chain in that x_x Any rough estimate on how long the quest chain will take and at what level i should start killing it?

Also dam on the katara. I thought the part where you had to be 3rd job+ was just a typo lol >_< (Is there any confirmation that this katara even came out? I mean it looks cool and even though i won't get the crit effects, I still want it for the other bonuses)

Also thought up one more question for you guys.

What the hell is the freezing and darkness chance of my dagger/ katara? It doesn't say in both the description and extractions.
