There's something that doesn't match on my pirate hat... It's Epic, and it gives... 6% hp as primary.
I can't find that anywhere in the tables. Any idea?

Increase max hp % (job adv range*2)
Since Pirate hats are 3rd job, that's 6%.

Is it possible to get Decent HB on Android pants? iAmFear's table on page whatever lists it as an option on level 61-70 equips. Would it fall under the "really rare higher than normal bonus" category or something?

Actually in one of the other threads theres a screenshot of Decent HB on level 70 Stirgeman pants, which are not class specific.
Its probably still fairly hard to get though.
So i'd assume yes.

To add on top of that, decent sharp eyes is currently only able to get on reverse gloves. So same basis for hyper body and the lv 70 pants.

I can only speak for myself. I don't have infinite resources for Making, Scrolling, Potentialling, and especially Cubing.
In order to replace my 16 att BWG, I would need to Make Reverse gloves, potential for 3 lines (no point wasting cubes on 2), scroll some attack onto them, and then cube for 6-12% str (depending on how daring and successful the scrolling was). And that's just to get the same damage I already have with those level 10 bwg. If I want to improve my damage I will have to cube further or scroll more aggressively, all of which is expensive.
So, I preferred to start by working on my skirt, earrings, and (non-attack) shoes - on which even 3% str is a vast improvement.
If the question was: "Why do people bother to scroll new WG?", the answer is: very few people are 4th job.
There are a lot of funded low-level players, who feel they have to have at least a 10-att glove at level 10, a 20-stat bathrobe at 20, and zhelm+pac at 50. The demand is there, the meso are there, so the supply continues to flow.
If and when these people make it to third job, then potentialled class equips become more interesting.

No, you could find any glove with 3% str on them and pass 4-5 60%s on them.

1) "Find" is not as easy as it sounds. I've spent many hours at skeles on my bishop recently. Found lots of warrior gloves. Few with potential. None with %str.
2) If you meant "find" as in FM: I live in Kradia. 'nuff said.
3) 3% str cape gave me just a handful more damage points than my 4 w.att 4 str PAC. Going by that, I assume that replacing a 16 attack glove would take 12% str or 8 attack and 6% str. Merely landing 4-5 60's on 3% str won't do the trick.
4) You were talking about needing a Reverse glove for a chance at SE. If I'm going to be spending nx on cubes for a glove, might as well do it on a level 120 one.

Did monsters stop dropping potential? I hunted an hour ago. Found 15 equips and none of them were potential.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you can get Decent HB on Android pants, and I only put it as an option for those levels because 70 is within the range of 61-70. The data does have Level 1 Decent HB as a possibility for all level ranges, but I'm going with the assumption that the reqLevel applies to the equip rather than the character. Unless it's stupidly rare, I think we would've heard of wgs with SE or something.
I think I should change things like that to Level x only or something.

Can't really speak for other people in general, but if I switched to an 8 atk (4 60%) glove, it would need to add 4% or more str to be an improvement over the 15 atk SCG I currently use.
And just getting that 4 60% is only a 26% success rate, meaning probably buying 4 gloves with over 4% str, and about 15 60% gfa.

I'm 100% sure you can get hb on android pants. I'm not sure how the ceiling cap works since I haven't cubed any maple weapons or mage equips that don't have their level requirements ending in 0s. A true test will be to see if you can get door on say a goblin cap, but my guess is that it's strictly level 70 or above. It's probably easier to cube a wooden wand and see if it gets status inflictions at rare rank, thus confirming the reqLevel's functionality.

It's probably strictly Level 70 or above. reqLevel is 70 for HB, and the level for the options (61~70) is listed as level 7. If it were 61~70, I'd guess the reqLevel would be listed as 7 rather than 70.

What about earrings that are x5 level, there are tons of them. Or x5 capes

You round up. A level 65 cape fits in 61~70. Wouldn't make a difference if the cape was 70.
The exception to that rule being things like decent HB, which have a reqlevel. So it has to be 70, I think.

Well yea, that's what they were wondering. Except capes/earrings don't get skills, so my post was rather dumb.
Is there any indication that 20% and 30% boss damage stack. I've heard that 30% x2 does not stack in any shape way or form, but a few people are saying 20 and 30% does stack.
