Gachapon’s always full of surprises but from August 19 through September 14, 2010 it’s got some tasty treats for everyone’s favorite big pink monster!


Dragon Lord’s Precious Chocolates

Take your Gachapon ticket to your favorite Gachapon for August 19 – September 14, 2010 and you’ll get your item along with a chance at one of 10 chocolates!



There are nine types of chocolates that can be collected for awesome gifts for you and your fellow Maplers.



Here’s what to do:

1. When you receive a chocolate in either normal or melted state it will be placed in your
Set-up inventory.

2. When you get one of nine normal chocolates, a UI will pop up that holds the chocolate in
its proper place. You won’t receive two of the same normal chocolates from Gachapon.

3. When you have all nine in the box, click “Summon Dark Lord.”
4. Dark Lord will unfurl his wings and reveal himself to you and send out a world message,
notifying everyone you’ve summoned him.

5. He will then drop five boxes that can be obtained only by you. But you have to make a
quick decision because in 10 seconds, you can pick one box and the rest will disappear!
6. When Dark Lord disappears to wait for his next chocolate fix, he will leave gifts to be shared
among the Maplers in the same map as you.

Now, you shouldn’t discard those melted chocolates because for every nine melted chocolates, Maple Admin will give you one random chocolate!

Same here. Thought maybe it'd be a world event where the mobs had a low low chance at dropping the chocolate, but oh well...

Well, at least I'll have 30 free gacha tickets due to that pop-tag thing sometime next week. Does anyone know if they changed the data on those shoulderpads? The one I randomly got with maple points on my Blaze Wizard didn't have an expiration date on it.

9 unique chocolates needed to summon dragon lord, the 10th type is melted chocolate which can be traded to maple admin if you have 9 melted chocolate to obtain one of the 10 chocolates, yes, this includes melted chocolate again.
