I thought I would make a quick guide for Day 1 or the Visitor events while also starting up a discussion thread as to what you speculate what is next or what information you have on the upcoming events.
As for today(August 19th), here is a small guide on how to do the quests.
Well, it's finally here, week 2!(well actually, week 2 is actually week 2-3 but we'll keep that to ourselves). Here's the guide for all you Maplers that are stuck/want to know about the quests!

Week 1 Guide
1) Go to Henesys and talk with the phone booth sitting beside the Marketplace. Just talk to it for a bit then it will give you a coin and talk to the bum outside.
2) Talk to the bum. The answers for his questions are 1+1=2, 5138 something times 1 equals 5138 something, and t is the answer for the third one. Then he will give you a Bing Receiver.
3) Go to where Maya's house is and you'll see some sortof robotic monkey jump out from under a garbage can lid. Press up there and go down to find the Research Assistant. Talk to him then go to the Machine and talk to it.
4) Escort the Research Assistant in your new machine rig(use ctrl to shoot short and fire long range with any other attack skill you have designated). Escort him all the way to the end then press up on the portal.
5) Your at the research facility! go to the second door on your right(yellow portal) to meet Mr.Bing. He will tell you to go see Randall. Go back out the door you came from and go left. You can't miss him. He'll now give you 7 quests. You access the areas by using the OS4 machine.
6) For the first quest, you have to hit the gigantic purple tubes in the ocean to get mainboards. Easy enough. Go back to the ship and carry on.
7) Same idea but you hit the colorful jewels. Keep going onward if you have room in your etc inventory(or use MTS to store something).
8) The third mission is to escort the ship to the end of the map much like the Researcher. Except you have to wait to refuel it in the middle of the map. Kill everything and press up at the portal when the escort reaches the end of the map.
9 )For the fourth mission you have to protect the other "Mech" from harm. Just sit and fire with your long-range gun since it's the only one you have that can hit multiple enemies. If you save him, go back to the OSSS and the exit the building by talking to the researcher.
10) To collect the Animal Gas and Vegetable Oil, simply hunt Pigs or snails for the animal gas and kill any mushroom for vegetable oil. Go back to the Secret Underground and report in to Randell. Take all of the certificates and go to Doctor Bing. He'll give you a medal. He says you'll get a reward if you do the quests he asks for 7 days days in a row. Guess we'll have to wait and see bout' them new weapons.
The quests said above repeat themselves every day for week 1 so you can gather Dr Bing's medals for a OS4 shuttle mount(15 days) reward at the end of the week. You only need to do these quest chain once if you don't want the OS4 shuttle so as to prepare for Round 2 next week.

Week 2 Guide
1) Well, it looks like Dr. Bing wants you back to the OSSS Station for a briefing on a new mission! GO to any of the garbage portals in Henesys, Orbis or Ludi(I'm sure there's more) and go see Dr. Bing!
2)Dr. Bing will tell you that the Time Machine is now complete and that you should go ahead and go to the future with it! Click on the Time Machine in the middle of the room and you'll be transported to the future were a man named Rozz is awaiting you in a bush. Talk to Rozz and he'll tell you you have to get to the Energy Room across a whole map of aliens. Go to the portal on the right and use the bushes that are placed on the map to hide from the aliens going to and fro throughout the map. You have to stand perfectly still while an alien is going by or you'll have to start over! When you reach the end, enter the Energy Room and talk to the girl NPC(I forget her name already).
3)She will tell you to go start up the teleporter. Jump up on the two platforms on your left and get to the platform to find the teleporter. ATTACK IT with a BASIC attack and it will start up. Go back and talk with the NPC. She'll tell you to go across the portal to her right to do a small Jump Quest. Get up to the top of the map via the platforms and talk to the Crystanol before time runs out. Grab the Crystanol and get out of the Energy Room.
4)THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART! You have to go BACK THROUGH THE ENTIRE ALIEN MAP for the quest to count. If you get hit you will lose your Crystanol and have to go back to get some more. I know i had a little problem with this >.> You can also use a Town Scroll or simply change channels to go back to Rozz(thanks iamflip).
5)Talk to Rozz once you get back through the alien map and then go back to see Dr. Bing. He'll give you the new Bing Suit woot!Talk to him and he'll also tell you to go talk to the Researchers(they're located a room to the left of Dr. Bing). Talk to the researchers to get a series of 6 quests in total and some medals(the amount of medals you receive at first is based on your level). You may use these medals by talking to the researcher at the top right of the screen to trade them in for Cells that will add stats to your Bing Equipment. It is essential that you use these cells EVENLY on your Bing Suit to get the Visitor armor. The type of visitor armor is based on the stat you are adding. A little note here also:If you get the Bing equipment today(August 26th), the armors will last until October 10th. Hopefully you can get the Whole Crystanol to perm the armor(s) before then!(Crystanol is not available yet).
6)Onto the new quests! The 4 quests the lady researcher gives you are simple enough in execution(they are repeatable 3 times per day):Take 3 pictures of Dexterous Aliens(they are the green ones that are normally alone), Kill 20 of each Wise Visitors(the light blue ones with the staffs), Lucky Visitors(the other blue ones with daggers), and Warrior Visitors(I forget their name atm, but they are the yellow ones with axes), protect 2 Scientists that can be Abducted, and collect 30 Alien Spy Cameras and Microchips. I'll explain these a bit more in detail:
6a) To take a picture of a Dexterous Alien, you have to get close to them and click the Camera in your Use Inventory to "catch" them.
6b)To protect the 2 Scientists that can be Abducted(they're in most any monster map) you must talk to the scientist and press Yes to start a 1 minute timer. You must protect him from 2 Aliens that pop up every few seconds until the timer goes out. Do this two times to finish the quest.
6c)To collect the Spy Cameras and Microchips you only have to kill any monster other than the aliens. Collect em all~!
7)When your done those quests, you can go back to the lady researcher and collect yourself a few medals(for example, I have a lvl 56 DB that gets 18 medals for doing these 4 quests each time).
8)The other quests from Researcher Bass aren't so easy yet they require more effort(repeatable once per day). First he will ask you to go out and up the fame of some random person's name he'll give you. Of course you should immediately type in /find (name of person) to find out where they are. Then go ahead and try to fame em. The other quest he wants you to complete is a Party Quest. Just go complete any PQ(other than solo PQ's like Mu Lung Dojo and Nett's Pyramid) and you'll complete the quest. When your done these quests, Bass will give you a few medals(he gave me 3 each on my lvl 56 DB).
That's about it. Repeat the Researcher quests daily until you get as many medals as you need to upgrade your new Bing/Visitor Suit!
