3. Scroll your items using any type of scroll in the game except Potential scrolls,
Enhancement scrolls, and Pet Equip scrolls.
4. If a scrolling fails, a message will appear asking if you would like to use Pam’s Song.
5. Click "OK" and your item's upgrade slot will not be used!

no, because it's an event people find it necessary to get them while they last. nexon will rake in tens of thousands of dollars on this alone.
