I personally think you should cube it, since you could end up with it being worth more than it is in it's current state.

Those things drop like MAD. Use it for now. Then just wait until you find one that turns out epic right from the start (or unique if you get stupidly lucky). That'll save you between 1(unlikely)~50(more likely) cubes.

i've seen potential skills on items as low as level 80. i would think that would be a universal trend as far as equipment goes.

They were made with the level 90 stirge pants.

That's the problem.. I know of no bottom/top that bowmen can wear (bowmen use overalls from lvl 40 onward) that is over level 71. I'll check hidden-street again just to make sure, but I'm still confused

It'd speed things up definitely. But they drop quick enough anyways that you'll be fine even without it.

Make sure you buy yourself like 100+ magnifying glasses first though. You can drop anything without potential as well as anything with potential that only gives eva/def/mdef. If it gives any stat % (like STAT +2%) you might be able to sell it for like 5-10m? mainly because these are farmed a ton. Once you get a nice Epic one you've saved yourself a handful of cubes. And quite possibly you've found at least 10+ earrings with a good potential bonus that can be sold in a shop in the FM.

There was a server crash. My gloves were rolled back to Cube 17. No big deal, since the other two were crap as well, but I lost my cubes, my NX credit, and three fragments. >.>'

Here's what I've gotten from 1 potential scroll, 6 cubes, and an enhancement scroll:

I was originally going to cube my earrings quite a few times to see what would happen.....after the previous cubes I used on my earrings utterly failed.

 Instead, this took one cube...

Keep it or continue cubing?

Keep it. It's not worth the money to cube an earring with only 2 potential slots, and 12 dex hardly does anything for a Warrior's damage. The 3% str should be a decent bonus until you can find a better earring.
