I wouldn't do mid unless you're taking out the entire spawn and 2hkoing the top with Air Strike...at which point you shouldn't be Newtieing (though I do it anyway when a ring mule makes it worth it). Mid is pretty hectic.

Up until 4th job, you can snipe the left two Newties and it's amazing experience, but after you advance you need something to do with your newfound power, and the left two Newties don't really cut it. I guess if you (not Dusk, the other guy) can figure out a way to safely attack the middle lane from the middle of it, then more power to you. But I think it's much more feasible to be on the bottom right, where you can reach three Newties with Ice Splitter, Torpedo, and Cannon on one side of you.

totally agreed, the bottom right is the place to be just make sure you freeze the nesties, the only real alternative that i found that was fast at all was Skeles with some higher leveled friends. (i was middleing a 14X-15X buccwas on bottom and a 16X bishop was up top) i did this for a few levels of 12X. The only problem i found with this was your going to need to Wash or use a Hb mule or be AMAZINGLY great with ur freezing  skillz

Well, what do you know. Burst Fire's range is still 350%, even though Double Fire's range is 380%.

I need help with upgrading. I'm sick of seeing people below my lvl with double my range, But I don't know where to invest my money to get stronger with less money. my range is 2266~4069, with the following mentionable gear:
94 att 1 dex certo
3% dex cape
11 att 2 dex lvl 55 pirate glove
11 att mon
crit ring
shoes are makered with STR, and are pretty uch 6 str 2 dex clean. overall is 100%d (not makered), belt is clean yellow dojo belt, earrings are 25 mp\hp clean. About 400m funding. Where do i put my money to get the most out of it? i know its not much but thats what i got -_-

%dex earrings, %dex overall, or %dex zhelm/czhelm would be a smart investment. If not that, then potentialing a blue/red/black dojo belt.

i assume you have a zhelm/scarlion helm? that would help tons. An attack pink cape would add a bunch as well (if you can potential one of course that'll be even better). if you can, go hunting for the level 100 overall or level 90 one to get for the potential stats (cause 3% dex is >> 20 dex + overall at your level anyway. And it's CLEAN). Hell even the level 80 one would suffice if you can scroll a decent one.
Potential/enhance the gun if you feeling lucky. % damage/% attack GREATLY increases the damage range. I have yet to get the funds to do this as i have no back up weapon, but i do have a 5k range now (i had a 4k ish range before the potential patch).
Just fyi, if you don;'t have the funds to have back up gearrs if your crap explodes, you basically can't catch up with the people who have double your range. Unless you some how inherit unlimited funds to retry over and over again, i'd do 1 piece of equipment at a time.

I got a 2 att 8 dex pac but the 3% dex cape gives a bigger range boost. I guess ill start working on an overall >.< i dont really care about my range usually but its just annoying. I guess i just gotta avoid looking at them people with too much money.

anyone with max battleship gets an extra (10k+level*1000) HP than what they had before BB.

Now, my question is, next level I'll put one more point in ice splitter to give it 3 second freeze, but I cannot decide what would be more beneficial; maxing off Octo, or starting to put points into Flamethrower. D: With potential I feel pretty useless putting points in octopus, since regardless if they're there or not I can still 5 hko newts. But I don't know if those 9 points in octo will make a difference or not. D:

If you plan on training at Jr. Newts all the way up to 120 then I would go with Octo.. You will never use Flamethrower at Newties, only if you train other places.

But octo seems essentially useless at the moment to my dps. Flamethrower would help when I'm doing ToT quests, and when I go card hunting.

I maxed Octo after Ice and even though I didn't kill things as fast as you fun Potential-Generation people do, I rarely got use out of it. Although since I never moved from Newties and the Time Temple wasn't out yet, I didn't see any use from Flamethrower either. If you think you'll use Flame more often, then go for it.

You could always aim for a 100+ concerto since they are less than 200mill now due to the 50% scrolls
