Big Bang 30 = new Genesis 30 ??

The price of Big Bang 30 has increased a lot recently. Is the skill really worth it post BB?

I have mine BB30 passed after a second try on the same book (thanks to the rolled back )

I also wonder if gen 30 book will be worthless post BB.

Maybe it's just a coincidence that the price is rising? If the item droplists stay the same, it'd take less effort to get BB30 than it does Gen30, though it might require some patience though. You can probably hunt your own BB30 book (think it comes from the right side of Pianus?). I'm also not sure if Big Bang will become a primary attack skill for mages.

In windia the price is rising cause people are preparing for the big bang patch. BB 30 is not that easy to get from right pianus. One sold for 120m and will keep going up. As long as people that hunt pianus control the amount of bb 30 in the market the price will keep going up.

Yeah I know, but if you say it like that, then it would make sense to hoard all the scarce skillbooks forthe BB patch to sell... That is if they intend to keep the droprates the same?

It's obvious that pianus is easier to be accessed than horntail though. I know it sounds pretty silly, but would people be that crazy and desperate enough to hold a pianus cave on all 19 channels? I've ran into people that camped at it before, but still. Now more people will start hunting for pianus after reading this :3.

I think I saw an SS of someone getting BB30 from Captain/Kruz; sounds crazy, so I'm not sure. Drop list most likely will be redone postBB, though to which extent is unknown to me.

But yes, Ultimates will be obsolete and Big Bang will reign over 9 layers of cloud. And I'd say that 19 channels of Right Pianus every day is much much less available than HT. If they can dc you from HT cave where they aren't even present, god knows what they can do in Pianus cave.

All I know is that I trained from 103 to 120 there, and it dropped once for me.

But I wouldn't worry so much about having BB30, the damage doesn't increase so much from level 1 to level 30 (232%*5 to 290%*5).

From 1160% to 1450%, I don't see it as a HUGE priority, maybe for bishops. I'd rather get my paralyze to maximum power first since that one has a much bigger relative increase with levels.

Would it make sense if Nexon made more books more accessible from regular monster drops? The level difference and accuracy of higher level mobs would be a problem for early new 4th jobbers to try and hunt the books themselves... If it's like this, then some people would really have to go through one skill at a time or wait it out until they're at a higher level.

It'd cause a bigger riot if Nexon were to throw out this entire mastery/skill book using system out the window wouldn't it? o.-

No...it won't reign much over anything.

The Archmage/Bishop's main attacking skill will also become their new training skill after the revamp.

Big Bang is just used as a charge up skill for moving to the next available mob in kms.

It lacks maxing priority over skills such as chain lightning/paralyze/angel ray, summons, magic mastery, and the bishop's boss-support skills.

Those who expect it to be the new "ultimate" from 120-130 are forgetting the cons of big bang and the fact that archmages/bishops being the top training gods of ms are over.

Without "Ultimates" every class will level so so so slowly.

lol. opportunistic merchants are really taking advanrtagea on BB30. They are trying so sell them close to 300m in Windia and Gen30 has broken the 500m barrier. Anyone want to guess when the price of BB30 overtakes Gen30.

Uh, what? There's videos of ShiKage training in KMST, post BB, and without the 10x experience he got, he was still getting almost 30%/hr at 121 with terrible equips. How is that a hard time leveling?

May be post BB, mobs have better spawn rate. I just remembered I had a hard time levelling my i/l without using Ultimate.
