Promoting XBL Child Account to Adult

I logged into my live account on msn.com, changed my age to 19 from 17, and can't figure out how to promote it to an adult account. Google brought back results, but the options they tell me to go to just aren't there. "Go to Manage Account -> Promote Child Account" is not there when I log into the adult account on my 360.

So I come to you in my hour of need, Southperry. How can I upgrade my XBL account?

Assuming you are in the United States though, you wont be able to do this because the age must be 18 to promote the child account to an adult account.

You can't until your 18. It takes the first date you signed up with. I had the same problem.

Gunis' link had the same instructions as previous links I found, but the tid-bit about using the first date is news to me. Thanks for the help guys.
