Nexon Game Manager error

i log into the site then press start game and i get this nexon game manager crap. i already reinstalled maple, cleared cookies, etc. but it still does it. anyone know how to fix?

Where did you install Maplestory? From what little experience I have with web-starting, it has to be in C:\Nexon\Maplestory.

i installed it into C:\Program Files (x86)\MapleStory but it's been working fine for a long time now. i installed it onto my D: drive but the same thing happens so i don't know. i'd prefer to keep it the way i've had it if i could.

Well I remember when I tried to launch game from site they made me download something extra to make it to work. And it did after I downloaded it. Did you download anything like that?

i did but it still gives me the message.

I had a problem like this. I had to delete the NGMDLL folder, wherever it is, then reinstall the Nexon Game Manager (It prompts you to do that when you start the game if you don't have it installed).

i don't see that folder anywhere.

sorry for the double post but it's more likely that someone will read this with a new post. i deleted a ngm folder that had that ngmdll stuff in it, reinstalled ngm, and it still does it. it works fine in ie but not firefox for some odd reason.

Are you using Firefox 4 beta 3?
I get the same problem with Firefox 4 but not with Google Chrome

indeed, i was. i went back to 3.6.8 and it's fine now. old ugly firefox FTL.

use gamelauncher.exe, never had problems using that. and im using the lastest google chrome beta version, 6.0.472.36, and it works fine.
