What's so great about chairs?

I would buy chairs too if those didn't cost 300mil each. People who pay that for a CHAIR must be high.

For me, chairs help having a sense of completion on my character.

For example, my Blaze Wizard has the Miwok Chair, with the cool little fire and everything.
For my main I have many chairs, but I just care mainly for my World's End and Black Dragon Chair, since they fit my look so well. When I use my Balrog pet, I also use a Balrog Chair.

Something that makes your character feel "complete", kind of motivates you to play more. Just like having hair or clothes. I can't remember leveling my Bishop with ugly magician job clothes, ugh. It's about helping you like your character enough to level it.

I have two more pieces of Masteria equipment to get. One is the Warrior Bosshunter overall and the other is a Skull Throne. I'm not sure, but for some reason paying 1 billion mesos for that chair seems worth it.

its just a rare novelty item. I mean I have argueably one of the rarest items in the game ( Nameless Sword ) , why does this sword even have any value? because its pretty and you'll be lucky to see two in a year in FM. Over 4 years I collected 3 of them. each for very steep prices. ( compared to the time )

i like collecting chairs more than upgrading gear ;x im no damage whore and could care less about making the highest numbers appear on my screen ;D

chairs however ;3 makes my pixel ass feel happy LOLOL

Charis in JMS were more balanced, most of them were 50m at the most for a new/rare chair. Average was 15-20m. There's at least 50 different chairs there, though.. so..

Chairs have that addictive "must collect a bunch" feeling. I was tempted to spend 500m on a Ryko Chair once.

soon prices will be low. in kms the new chairs are 1.5m at most and others are 3m max i'm working to collect them all making meso after big bang isn't hard.

I don't know why they are so addicting but I sure wish I had one of those new Neo Tokyo Robot chairs. My default chair is the one you get from CWPQ bonus, it isn't overly flashy but very nice looking.
